Fabulous breakfast

A relaxing day starts with a good breakfast and that's what we're known for.

In addition to an extensive and varied buffet, the Weinberghotel Edelacker also offers its guests smaller specialties on a breakfast menu. You can also enjoy the view from our historic old building over the Freyburg vineyards.

Due to the corona pandemic, we are currently dividing our breakfast into several rounds. This is the only way we can ensure the applicable distance rules for all guests. This means you only have a certain amount of time at the table, but also plenty of space at the buffet and a quieter atmosphere.

If you wish, you can enjoy your breakfast in your room. Of course, we also offer a champagne breakfast in room service so that you can fully enjoy time for two.

Is it absolutely necessary to reserve a table in the restaurant?

Unfortunately, we would like to insist that restaurant and house guests make reservations before their visit. Large crowds are not uncommon in our restaurant. We often have big evening events and have to close down the restaurant business.

There will definitely always be a table available in our restaurant at short notice. Just give us a call and let us know. This way we avoid the awkward moment of possibly having to reject you.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel and in the guest rooms?

Although almost all employees are dog lovers, there are strict rules for our four-legged friends at the Weinberghotel Edelacker:

  1. Dogs must be on a leash or in a bag on the entire hotel grounds and in all public areas of the hotel.
  2. Dogs must be trained not to bark anywhere in the hotel - at least they should be calmed down immediately on command.
  3. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and breakfast room.
  4. Overnight guests are allowed to bring their dog to their room if this has been discussed with our reception beforehand. Special rules apply, and we also charge an additional fee of €30.00 per night and dog. This results from the increased cleaning effort that we incur as a result.
